I tasted one of these last night. This beer should be renamed a brown ale. It definately has that brown ale flavor. it tastes quite good as well.

FG Update, Started Bottling
I started bottling tonight. FG is 1.012 @ 72F. 1.013 corrected. 3.7%. 56 bottles total. This style is more of an an American brown than an American amber. The Cascade hops flavor really shines through. Very citrus like. Despite this, it tastes like it is missing something.
SG update
The SG for this ale is currently 1.011 @ 70F; 1.012 corrected.
SG reading
SG 1.012 @ 70F; 1.013 corrected. Sample tastes good. Nothing really spectacular. Airlock activity has almost stopped. one bubble every 20-30 seconds.
Still fermenting
There are still a few bubbles coming up from this one. I will check SG this week and maybe bottle this week.
Still Bubbling
This one is still bubbling along from the airlock about every 5 seconds.
Installed airlock
Krausen has completely fallen. I installed the airlock. SG is at 1.021 @ 70F 1.022 Corrected.
Bubbling along
The beer is bubbling away still. Foam is no longer being pushed out of the blow off tube, and the krausen has fallen. I will likely put the airlock on today.
Fermentation Rocking
Fermentation seems to have peaked, and is starting to subside. Sanitizing solution in catch bucket is brown. About a quart of beer was forced out of the BOT. Will remove BOT and install airlock soon.
Activity
Signs of fermentation. I can see a few bubbles sliding up the side of the carboy.
