I did not really like this as much as I was hoping. Thinking back on this one, I think that it may have had a lacto bateria infection. The taste was definately off. If I make it again I will have to be more careful with sanitation and probably add the honey to the boil during the last 10-15 mins. This recipe definately needs more honey.<\/p>\n
